My Approach: Going Deep to Create Real Change
Here’s how we’ll work together:
Releasing Fear – We’ll dig into where your fear of setting boundaries really comes from—maybe it’s about being alone or something else. Once we understand the root, we can start working through it, not just managing it.
Find Peace– We’ll look at the different parts of you that are at odds—like the part that wants to say “no” and the part that’s afraid of conflict or rejection. By understanding these inner parts, we can help them work together instead of against each other.
Learning to Love Yourself– Often, struggles with boundaries go back to childhood experiences. We’ll work with your inner child to heal those old wounds, so you can become confident by connecting with your inner child.
Emotional Freedom- We will use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – This technique is amazing for processing past trauma and shifting negative beliefs that hold you back from setting boundaries.
Building Confidence – Throughout our work, we’ll focus on building up your self-worth, so you can set and hold your boundaries without feeling guilty or second-guessing yourself.
